Surrender Of Certificate Of Registration
Where the certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to section 16, the jolder of the certificate shall, within 14 days from the date of service of the notice of revocation of registration, surrender the certificate to the Registrar.
A person who fails to comply with this provision commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding RM200,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding years or to both.
